  • Q: Are your kiosks waterproof?
    A: Yes, please review the I series kiosk. This kiosk was designed to be IP rated to at least IP56. However further weatherproofing is available to meet the specific requirements of the deployment.

    Q: Do you ship internationally?
    A: Yes. KioskPros can ship worldwide. Certain shipping destinations have unique issues, such as customs, and power standards. Your KioskPros sales representative can assit you in the delivery arrangements.

    Q: Do you have any models that incorporate a credit card swipe or bill validator?
    A: All of our models have the ability to incorporate a swipe card. Unfortunatly KioskPros does not manufacture any units with a bill validator.

    Q: I have a custom program that I want to use on your kiosk. Will it work?
    A: Yes! All KioskPros kiosks are shipped with standard WIndows Operating systems. This allows for delivery of your application, whether web based, or via a custom Graphic User Interface(GUI) method.

    Q: Does it cost more to have a kiosk custom designed?
    A: Most custom kiosks are designed from the ground up using CAD assisted software. This requires additional development time from all of our departments. Prototype fees are applied on first run kiosks. Once standard production is started the per unit cost is typically the same as our standard kiosks.

    A: KioskPros maintains a standard primary color powdercoat selection. However, almost any color is available.

    A: Typically KioskPros, Inc. requires a exectued purchase order, or signed quote and payment before the kiosk project is started.

    Q: What is the typical timeframe from order until delivery?
    A: Most kiosks are completed within 4-6 weeks from date of payment. Certain circumstances can alter that timeframe such as component availability and manufacturing backlog
