KioskPros tech support is always here to help. Our standard kiosks all come with a return-to-depot 2 year warranty for hardware issues. During that time we can give you support in the setup and ongoing usage of the kiosk. Generally speaking, once our kiosks are setup they require very little maintenance.

Yes. KioskPros is a SiteKiosk partner. SiteKiosk is the most widely used kiosk control software available. The SiteKiosk software suite offers a remote monitoring package called SiteRemote. If you require remote monitoring please let your KioskPros sales associate know.
