Our KioskManager Administration and optional KioskManager Status Server software modules permit your staff to obtain up-to-the-minute status of your
systems and printers throughout your deployment area (with optional Server modules), while providing secure Internet access. Our new web based version
of the KioskManager allows you to manipulate kiosk setting via a standard web browser.
Support & Maintenance
Help desk support via telephone and email is available Monday through Friday, from 8:00am to 5:00pm. During installation, Kioskpros will provide
training to designated staff at each site on the procedure for handling system and content updates. A technical documentation manual will be supplied
for the KioskManager interface. Additional staff support is available during the warranty period by calling our help desk at 1-800-497-1779.
Delivery & Installation
Kioskpros shall be responsible for delivery, unloading, unpacking, inspection, assembly, installation, cleaning and adjustment, as well as the
prompt removal and disposal of all debris resulting from the delivery.
